# Schwachstellen melden

powerIO nimmt Hinweise auf mögliche Sicherheitslücken ernst. Wenn Sie eine Schwachstelle in einem powerIO Produkt vermuten, melden Sie sie bitte verantwortungsvoll, damit wir sie prüfen und beheben können.

## So melden Sie eine Schwachstelle

Nutzen Sie das [Kontaktformular](https://www.powerio.com/de/kontakt) oder schreiben Sie an <office@powerio.com>.

Bitte geben Sie, soweit möglich, an:

* betroffenes Produkt und Firmware-Version
* Artikelnummer und Seriennummer
* eine Beschreibung der Schwachstelle und ihrer möglichen Auswirkung
* die Schritte zur Reproduktion

## Was danach passiert

Wir bestätigen den Eingang Ihrer Meldung, bewerten den Sachverhalt und informieren Sie über das weitere Vorgehen. Sicherheitsrelevante Korrekturen fließen in die betroffenen Firmware- oder Library-Versionen ein und werden über den [Downloadbereich](/hub/downloads/powerio-downloads/t1.b100-firmware.md) bereitgestellt.
