Description
MQTT, short for Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, is a lightweight messaging protocol ideal for situations where small code size and unreliable or bandwidth-constrained networks are a factor. It uses a publish-subscribe scheme, making it especially suitable for machine-to-machine communication in networks with remote locations or resource-constrained devices, such as in the Internet of Things (IoT).
