Create diagnostic file

This article shows how to create a diagnostic file that serves as support for powerIO support in troubleshooting.

Note

For the file to be downloaded, pop-ups must be allowed by the browser for the site. If this is not the case, a small icon will appear in the address bar when clicking the button. You can confirm it there.

Create diagnostic file for firmware version >= 3.9

1. Navigate to the IP address of your powerIO device (http://IP:8080)

2. Click on the "Password" field and sign in with Enter or click "LOGIN"

3. Click the gear icon at the top right

4. A menu will open. Select "Diagnostic" here

5. Download the diagnostic file by clicking "DOWNLOAD DIAGNOSTIC FILE"

3. Click the gear icon at the top right

4. A menu will open. Select "Diagnostic" here

5. Download the diagnostic file by clicking "DOWNLOAD DIAGNOSTIC FILE"
