### Funktionsbeschreibung

Diese Funktion liefert die nummerische Eingangsgrösse *rValue* im Format REAL zurück, falls der Eingang Freigabe / Sperrung *xEn* aktiv (= TRUE) ist.\
In allen anderen Fällen liefert die Funktion den Wert 0.0 zurück.
