Function description

General

This function block is used to enter the designation of a fire damper and to generate the message xAlarm.

Aggregate fault xAlarm

The aggregate fault xAlarm is activated (= TRUE) when: The fire damper is not fully open (xOpen = FALSE). (Background: Any fire damper that is not fully open represents a faulty condition during normal operation). In all other cases the collective fault xAlarm is not activated (= FALSE).
